Job Summary: - Performs a wide range of technical and professional training activities while directing and overseeing the general direction of the ETD group in support to the needs of the company
Qualifications: - Graduate of AB/BS Degree graduate in Management/Behavioral Science, preferably with MA with Management or Behavioral Science
- With at least 5 years experience in conducting training and development activities
- Must be proficient in MS Office application software
- Must have training/experience on the use and manipulation of Relational Database Management System

- Executive Assistant
Job Summary: - Assists the COO by providing executive and administrative support including information, records and customer management;
- Prepares and disseminates official communications and documents which involve contact and exposure to all level of management and customers;
- Provides project coordination necessary for its completion which may require knowledge of specific business practices and procedures;
- Analyzes and synthesizes information, concerns and resolves issues whenever necessary and works well independently or within a team on complex and confidential assignments.
Qualifications: - Graduate of Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or any business-related course, MBA is an advantage;
- Must be self-motivated, excellent in problem solving, highly multi-tasked, and can meet compressed timelines specially during special projects;
- Must be able to handle and take on detailed projects independently;
- Must be adaptable and quick to learn new office technologies, as well as manage communications effectively among all levels of people within the organization;

- Guidance Counselors
Qualifications: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology major in Guidance & Counseling preferably with units or have earned a Master’s degree
- Must have at least one (1) year experience as Guidance Counselor in a school, or as an HR practitioner for a competitive company
- Previous experience in facilitating a School Counseling Program a definite advantage
- A professional license is a plus

Qualifications: - Must be a Graduate of B.S. Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) / Food & Beverage Services Management / Travel Management / Tourism Management

- With at least five (5) years teaching experience in the tertiary level
