    • With at least one (1) year experience in developing and facilitating the academic student affairs system / handling cases related to student discipline
    • Has the ability to work with different kinds of people in varied situations

  • Education, Training and Development Head
  • Job Summary:
    • Performs a wide range of technical and professional training activities while directing and overseeing the general direction of the ETD group in support to the needs of the company
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate of AB/BS Degree graduate in Management/Behavioral Science, preferably with MA with Management or Behavioral Science
    • With at least 5 years experience in conducting training and development activities
    • Must be proficient in MS Office application software
    • Must have training/experience on the use and manipulation of Relational Database Management System
    • Must have experience in research, education or consultation relevant to the position
    • Must have exhausted background in the implementation of the Training Cycle, preferably using the Competency-Based approach
    • Must have experience in training evaluation, ideally in the educational or related industries
    • Must have a background in Adult Learning Methodologies and implementation of different Instructional Strategies
    • Must have experience in conducting Training the Trainer, Leadership and Supervisory Programs and relative learning activities
    • Must have excellent leadership, management and communication skills
    • Must be self-motivated and innovative
    • Must be able to positively handle pressure, both from people and work
  • Executive Assistant
  • Job Summary:
    • Assists the COO by providing executive and administrative support including information, records and customer management;
    • Prepares and disseminates official communications and documents which involve contact and exposure to all level of management and customers;
    • Provides project coordination necessary for its completion which may require knowledge of specific business practices and procedures;
    • Analyzes and synthesizes information, concerns and resolves issues whenever necessary and works well independently or within a team on complex and confidential assignments.
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate of Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or any business-related course, MBA is an advantage;
    • Must be self-motivated, excellent in problem solving, highly multi-tasked, and can meet compressed timelines specially during special projects;
    • Must be able to handle and take on detailed projects independently;

  • Qualifications:
    • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education / English / Journalism / Mass Communication / Filipino / Physics / Biology / Mathematics / Social Studies / History / Psychology / Sociology / Humanities / Social Sciences / Accountancy / Commerce / Business Administration / Management
    • Must have units or have earned a Master’s degree in any GE subjects
    • With at least one (1) year related teaching experience
    • With excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Guidance Counselors
  • Qualifications:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology major in Guidance & Counseling preferably with units or have earned a Master’s degree
    • Must have at least one (1) year experience as Guidance Counselor in a school, or as an HR practitioner for a competitive company
    • Previous experience in facilitating a School Counseling Program a definite advantage
    • A professional license is a plus

    • With above average verbal and written communication skills
  • HRM and Tourism Instructors
  • Qualifications:
    • Must be a Graduate of B.S. Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) / Food & Beverage Services Management / Travel Management / Tourism Management
    • Must have units or have earned a Master’s degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Tourism Management / Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
    • With at least one (1) year experience in teaching HRM / Tourism subjects
    • With at least one (1) year related industry experience
    • Must be a holder of applicable National Certification (NCII) in Front Office Services / Housekeeping Services / Food and Beverage Services / Commercial Cooking / Bartending / Tourism Promotion Services / Tour Guiding Services / Travel Services / Events Management (NC III)
    • Preferably with working knowledge of any Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Abacus, Fidelio, etc.)

  • HRM Program Head
  • Qualifications:
    • Must be a Graduate of B.S. Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) / Food & Beverage Services Management / Travel Management / Tourism Management
    • Must have a Master’s degree in Business Management / Business Administration / / Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
    • With at least five (5) years teaching experience in the tertiary level
    • With at least five (5) years related industry experience at a supervisory level
    • Active member of any hospitality related professional organizations
  • I.T., COE, and CS Instructors
  • Qualifications:
    • Must be a Graduate of B.S. Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
    • Must have units or have earned a Master’s degree in CS / CoE / IT
    • With at least one (1) year experience in teaching IT / CoE / CS subjects
    • Advanced knowledge of database technologies, programming languages (Java, PHP, Visual Basic, C/C++, .Net), web technologies (Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, HTML), MS Visio 2003 and operating systems
    • Knowledgeable in PC Networking, computer trouble shooting, computer and software building
    • Preferably with a National Certification IV in Programming and/or a National Certification II in PC Operations

  • Qualifications:

  • Qualifications:
    • Must be a Graduate of B.S. Education major in Physical Education preferably with units or have earned a Master’s degree
    • With at least one (1) year experience in teaching Physical Education

  • Placement Officers
  • Qualifications:
    • Must be a Graduate of Education/ Marketing / Communication Arts / Human Resource Management / Psychology / Social Science
    • With at least one (1) year working experience in Marketing / Sales / Human Resources / Education

  • Job Summary:
    • Assist the system analyst/designer in all aspects of the systems development function by providing legwork, research, and documentation services

  • Job Summary:
    • Supervise and coordinate all the activities with the Stimuli publication
    • Set the direction of each issue, develop content, enforce editorial deadlines, and oversee its timely completion

    • Develop ideas that fits in with the publication’s mission and vision
